Volvo XC60 named International Truck Of The Year 2010

Hey, look at that; Volvo XC60 (my current personal favorite among the Volvo models) beat 9 competing crossovers, SUVs and trucks and was named 2010 International Truck of the Year by the ICOTY jury (a panel consisting of 19 car magazines and websites) and the award was handed over at the 2009 LA Auto Show.
The fact that the XC60 is the first car to offer City Safety (where the car brakes automatically if the driver reacts too slow) as standard equipment ought to have helped.
Congrats, Volvo!

I like XC60 very much. XC90 is great SUV, but smaller and cheaper XC60 is more interesting (for me). Nicer, more dynamic, fresher. Love it. I like Audi Q5, BMW X3 and Merc GLK but this car is liitle more affordable. You can have similar car to other SUVs from prestigious makes and save some money. This is the biggest advantage of Volvo – price!, this is less expensive premium car brand. Which I personally like very much. XC60 comes with great engines, especially D5 turbodiesels. They are very good (economic, quite and powerfull) also AWD system works very fine.
